From an awareness of the gods in nature to the divine in the mind and soul, and how one can regain in our time a new kind of participation in the cosmos. A series of talks and discussions led by Jeremy Naydler, philosopher and cultural historian, and Mark Vernon, psychotherapist and writer. www.markvernon.com. A chance also in an half-hour session to experience something of the Ancient Greek spirit through movement. (Not obligatory!).

In the evening at 7.30pm there is a performance of ‘Man and the Muses’ by Ryan Kouroukis, with live music. An Ancient Greek programme on wisdom, beauty, suffering, gods and goddesses
